Terms & Conditions

1. YOUR CONTRACT
Your contract is with us. When making your booking, the person signing the booking form or paying the deposit for the booking (the “Party Leader’’) must have and is taken by us to have the authority to do so on behalf of all the other people covered by the booking. Where “you” or “your” is used, this means the Party Leader and all people covered by the booking. By signing the form or paying the deposit, you are deemed to have read, understood, agreed to and accepted Our Terms and Conditions. A contract exists as soon as you pay the booking deposit and by making that payment you will be deemed to have accepted our quotation invoice and agreed to be bound by Our Terms and Conditions.

2. YOUR BOOKING PRICE
Once you have made your booking and paid a deposit of 50% per booking, the cost of your booking will not be subject to any change. The balance of the price of your booking must be paid at least 10 weeks before your booking date. If you book within 10 weeks of departure you must pay the balance maximum 7 day after the deposit. If the balance is not paid in time, we may cancel your arrangements and retain your deposit.

3. IF YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOKING
You may cancel your arrangements at any time. Written notification of cancellation from the Party Leader must be received on our email. Cancellation will be effective on the date it is received by us. Cancellation charges are payable as set out in this clause 4 (“Cancellation Charges”)

4. CANCELLATION CHARGES
If you cancel your holiday, you will be liable for a cancellation fee based on the following;
Cancellation 10 weeks or more before the holiday date = fee is deposit only (except force majeure)
Cancellation less than 8 weeks before your holiday date = fee is full cost of holiday.

5. BOOKING TERMINATION
You must accept responsibility for the proper conduct of yourself and any members of your party. We reserve the right immediately the services we are contractually obliged to provide you if we, or our employees, consider your behaviour likely to cause unacceptable annoyance or harm to other persons or damage to fish or property.

6. RESPONSIBILITY
You will be responsible for and will indemnify the owner against liability for all loss, damage or injury to persons or property caused by you, and the amount of all claims, damages, costs and expenses which may be paid, suffered or incurred by the owner in respect of any such loss, damage or injury will be made good at your expense. Majestic Carp cannot be held responsible by the tenant or other parties for any damage or injuries caused during your holiday.

You must have a valid UK passport. This is your responsibility and we accept no responsibility for any delay or expense incurred through any irregularity in your documents.

We strongly recommends that you purchase personal travel and vehicle breakdown insurance and does not accept liability for any financial loss incurred as a result of you not so doing.

Booking Rules :

Step 1

Choose your holiday date, the number of anglers, and extras.

Step 2

You should make a deposit of 50% of the total amount of your booking. Please note: If you book within 10 weeks of departure you must pay the balance maximum 7 day after the deposit. Payment by Credit Card.

Step 3

12 weeks before your trip, you will receive an information pack, detailing your reservation (date, direction…) and an electronic invoice. You can pay your balance by Credit card. The Balance is due no later than 10 weeks before departure.
